Fischer Homes to Expand in Desirable Northwest Atlanta CommunityFischer Homes reveals plans to expand Governor’s Preserve, located in Canton, Georgia, bringing new single-family homes to the northwest side of Atlanta in Cherokee County.

Governor’s Preserve is an existing community with a new section being released and developed by Harmony Grove, LLC. Phase one will begin with sales and the construction of 24 homesites and the final project totaling 55 new homes.

Fischer will offer its Masterpiece Collection of Homes, which range from 2,400 to over 4,000 square feet, with pricing starting in the mid-$300,000 range. Community amenities include a private clubhouse, swimming pool with waterslide and lighted tennis courts.
