Home Buyer Seminar SeptemberGraduation is about more than a diploma; marriage is about more than a license; and home ownership is about more than a mortgage. Whether leaving a dorm, an apartment or a childhood bedroom, first-time home ownership is all about a new phase of life and the challenges and excitements that come with it.

Keystone Custom Homes knows about that difference and wants to ease the transition for home buyers by offering a free seminar on financial strategies. This free seminar, designed specifically for first-time home owners, will be held Saturday, Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Inn at Reading in Wyomissing, Pa.

“2014 brought a huge growth to the home building industry,” said Janette Hawkins, vice president of Marketing and Information Technology at Keystone. “As more people enter the market, we are meeting with a lot of first time buyers. They all have the same questions and concerns. This seminar will address all that and more.”

Home buyers will learn about increasing their credit scores as part of a responsible financing plan, and even how to purchase a home with no money down.

Attendees will also receive their credit scores, a $50 gas card (one per family) and a copy of Automatic Millionaire as seen on “Oprah.”

Solid financial planning and preparation are key factors to financial success and home ownership, and through this seminar, Keystone hopes to provide new home owners answers to their questions as they begin a new season of life.
